Our website is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology platform used to operate our online store. However, purchases made through our website are transactions between you and A3 Dry Fruits.

9. Inspection of Food Products

Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.

If you receive a product that is:

  • Tampered with
  • Incorrect
  • Missing
  • Defective
  • Or otherwise appears unsuitable for consumption

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide the order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so that we can investigate the issue.

10. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Because our products are food items, food products that have been opened or partially consumed generally cannot be returned.

Returns or refunds may be considered for eligible situations such as:

Orders may generally be cancelled before dispatch, subject to the order status. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

11. Gift Hampers and Customized Orders

Gift hampers may contain multiple products and may be assembled specifically according to the customer's selected configuration.

Customized, personalized or specially assembled orders may not be eligible for cancellation or return once preparation has commenced, except where the product is damaged, incorrect, defective or otherwise covered by applicable law.

If a gift hamper arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order details.

From time to time, A3 Dry Fruits may offer discounts, promotional codes, loyalty benefits, referral offers or other promotional programs.

Customers should not consume a product if the packaging appears damaged, tampered with or otherwise compromised and should contact us promptly.
